HOW DO I BUY YOUR TOOLS?
Our tools are now offered as intermittent batches, or “Crop Drops”. Availability of the new batch will be announced on our Instagram. They will be sold on a first come first served basis. The number and style of tools available will vary depending on access to the raw materials.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM TOOLS?
No. We no longer offer custom orders. All tools are sold as-is in intermittent Crop Drops.
ARE YOUR TOOLS ECO-FRIENDLY?
No. While we strive to make as many low-waste, low-consumption choices as possible, we cannot in good conscious call our objects eco-friendly. Because we use manufactured items such as adhesives and fake plant materials to create our line and cannot vouch for the ecological choices and practices of those manufacturers, we do not feel it is appropriate to call our objects eco-friendly. Philosophically we maintain that eco-friendly is primarily applied as a marketing label and insidious form of greenwashing. We staunchly reject the label on the principle of it being mostly used for consumerist co-optation.
ARE YOUR OBJECTS VEGAN?
No. We don’t claim to be a vegan company. To the best of our knowledge we don’t use products that come from animal sources. The wood we use is salvaged by a mill instead of going to a landfill, but was undoubtedly home to millions of organisms. No beeswax is used in the creation of our tools. We have not researched the ingredients in our adhesives and resin for their use of animal byproducts. Philosophically we maintain that nothing is truly vegan. Life eats life.
ARE THE PLANTS REAL?
No. While the plant portions of each tool appear extremely lifelike, they are usually a mix of rubber, silicone, polyurethane and plastic plant reproductions. We source high quality faux plants that we have stress tested for use under moderate impact force. While durable, the paint and coloration of these plants is likely to fade and change color over time. Keep them out of direct sunlight and give them the care and conditioning you would any other kink tool.
ARE YOUR ANAL SEEDS AND CIRCLUSION TOOLS BODY SAFE?
Yes. The coating for our anal seeds and circlusion tools is water-based and non-toxic. It is phalate-free with no solvents, formaldehyde, acetone, ammonia or harmful ingredients. It is specially formulated to be safe for those with chemical sensitivities, and when cured it is completely inert, non-porous and body safe. Its waterproof seal ensures no moisture will enter and warp the grain of the wood, which would cause a bumpy, rough surface. Barring the object being dropped or scraped the coating will remain safe with proper, mindful use.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Once our products leave our workshop we can not take them back. As all products are handmade, sometimes there will be imperfections but we do check for any damages and do preliminary stress tests before we ship. If your item is found to be defective within the first use please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
You will receive an email that will notify you once your item has shipped. All items will be shipped to address that is noted on the buyer’s invoice when purchased unless noted otherwise. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE US YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS, LEGAL NAME AND EMAIL. IF ANY PACKAGES ARE SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ADDRESS, WE WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE EMAIL PROVIDED. IF YOU DO NOT REPLY, WE WILL NOT RESHIP YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. You are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US?
Yes, we ship worldwide except Russia or Qatar. We ship international packages with USPS. You are responsible for the full cost of shipping which can range from $25-$75 USD. Please be sure to provide the correct address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The tools will be ready to ship when they're posted. We will ship them at the next available time after receiving your payment. Once we have sent your package we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Note: sometimes tracking on international shipping is not available or costs extra. Please indicate if you’d like to include tracking on your international order and we will include that in your shipping estimate.
